I have downloaded contact form html code. But it wasn't showing, what was actually shown in preview before. So how can i solve?

Actually i have downloaded A contact form html code from a website. I downloaded the code in zip file. But when i copy only code in my blogger it is not showing exactly what i saw in preview. For ex. Background color and detailing is not showing

Copy all the files and folders in, don't rename any file or folder. It seems the styling problem comes from a missing CSS file (a wild guess).

But how can i copy all file to blogger. Is it possible? Are there any limitations in blogger?
