Can i learn c++ if i don't know c language ?

I m very weak at concepts of C like array and function. But I want to learn C++ for Android learning. So can I learn it ?

Short answer: yes long answer: C will help with C++ since C++ is a better version of C but that doesn't mean C++ is just C with a new look they are separate languages with many similarities so yes you can but it will be harder
