Where should I type HTML code? and how to run it?

Max Vhanamane if you are on the start screen there are different icons at the top of your screen, if you press the "{ }" icon, you go to the code playground

in the code playground, on the right bottom side there is a green button, press it and select "web, there you can write your code and if you press "output" you can run the code

Actually i have just started HTML course so i don't know what is code playground.
Is it application like turbo c++?
