What is The Best Server Side language to begin with?

Most of the people say it's PHP is it True?(Give your opinion)

Based on your profile, yes. Coming from a foundation of front-end skills, PHP is the best choice both because of its specifity to websites and because the PHP course is fairly well structured.

Otherwise, I would recommend Node.js (there's sort of curricula on that here) or Express.js (not sure there's curricula on that here) because it's basically back-end JavaScript.
