Kevinstone look at your own xp in any given language and find people with less in that language ~ right now you have little experience in almost every language so you shouldn't loose much until you build experience up...

Yep. And amount depends on diference between your xp from the language and xp of your opponent. Losts are usually between 1 - 30 XP.
