Possible to make a remote script for ebay

I have hundreds of eBay listings, I would like to make a MOTD or alert type message that I can remotely update that will then show in all my listings with a snippet of code. Is that possible with the HTML they allow?

I'm not sure cause I'm still a noob with coding, I started learning so I can make my listing look good with out hiring someone. I would like to add updates to everything like "due to the Christmas holiday, orders may be delayed" and then quickly remove it once it's not needed.
