.NET is always a safe bet, so c#. Java is still popular and c++ aswell. Look at what type of work you are interested in and go from there. Usually some languages are more popular than others in certain areas, c++ for games for example.

it also depends on where you work! look at job offers description in your area, or in the industries you are interested in.
