Using Template's ?

Using Template's is a better Option Compared to create the new one if the duration of the project is shorter?

In my opinion:
If you fully understand HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery & PHP. Then I agree to use template's.

But why use templates if you already know those language's?

I think both are contrary to each other.

Web Templates are pre-designed web Page's created using various languages, Which can be modified as per your needs. You can find them as downloadable resources both paid as well as free.
