How to create or make own programming language??? (After much thinking!!!!!!)

I think that if i am learning programming code for making apps , website or softwares. So who are they ??? who made this codes for making softwares. For that i also want to make or create programming languages or code like them,, who is the creator of today's modern programming language.

These are some really broad questions. I think using a search engine (or even Wikipedia) would get you pretty far in answering some of these for each specific language you're interested in.

New programming languages are created all the time, but if there's a tool that fits your needs already, it's generally better to refrain from reinventing the wheel (per se) until there are some extremely compelling reasons to take the nuclear option.
