Should I learn html/css and java script before a general purpose programming language such as python, c++ and recommendation for gen purp prog lang ?

Absolutly dont (its not necessary)... If do you like web development then go with html/css and js (like base) else you can choice any language. If you have an android device, learn java or/and kotlin so you learn with interest by developing on android... My preferites languages are C++ and Python but all its relative

JS is enough for learn programming and html css is for web dev. necessary too
