complete sololearn tutorial , it is very basic then move on to W3SCHOOL , it contains html in detail
doing html won't help you then you can move on to css( same process)

w3schools is OK for beginners, but you should move on to MDN when you start to get familiar with web development.

It basically covers the all you need to start developing web applications.
