Php displaying just code not output!

At first when I was learning PHP it used to work in CMD but after I started using it in web based projects it doesn't run in console anymore.

You need Netbeans. It is made for Java, but also runs and compiles your good friend PHP. If you are lacking on extra space, I don't know what to say.
