Browser and app fail to connect from time to time is it normal

Maintenance takes place from time to time. There has been some changes recently so the occurrence may be more frequent than usual.

Sometimes it happens. I used to be very, very, very, very triggered about it because it could not save my code. Pressed save more then 100 times. Still didn't work.(T_T)

i had a small disturbance a few hours ago where my code wouldn't save, it should be fine now

i dont know but its happen with me and i checked another websites working normal so its not network issue
