What programming language did you guys find the easiest to learn?

I'm new to programming, and I was just wondering which language you fellow programmers found the easiest to learn and how it went.

Like @Michelle, I think python is the easiest as there is nearly no restrictions of types and loooots of useful functions available

Try c++ and you will love it. Am yet to start though

Java is fun once you get the fundamentals all down.
