u need to be expect in a program before moving on. At least u make 3 projects each from a language u learnt

I learned about 15 "real" langs like C,C++,C#,Java,... and 50 esolangs where every instruction is a single char. I can still code so it can't be too bad.

this is really depends on what you want. Do you want to be specialist or Jack of all trades. Personally I like to stick to one language until I get really good with it then move to another one. When you try different languages, try one that with different paradigm. Java is an Object-oriented programming language, why not try a Functional Programming language like Clojure or Scala. Just learning different paradigm can greatly change the way you code your apps.
