I want learn programming again plz suggest me any P.language which i should learn properly first

I have some idea about HTML and CSS but I toke a long break but I want to start from the beginning
I request to all senior programmers plz suggest me or teach me

Depends on what you wanna do, do you wanna create websites?, or do you wanna develop apps?, or do you wanna create artificial intelligence?, there are many other things that you can do with programming languages, these are just a few, so i am asking you, what do you wanna do with programming?, why do you want to learn programming?, you have to answer me for us to proceed

start with c or javs or python

i think if you start with html and css, it's good. html is doesn't strong so do it. if do you want learn an another language, i suggest you, learn python.
