Is only c++ enough for programming???

is enough for programming and is also the base of other programming languages such as Java. Anyway, once you master it shifting to another language will not be difficoult if necessary. if you plan web design/ applications you will need also other weapons in your holster.

Yes however I would really recommend learning at least one other language. Learning another language will give you more tools to deal with problems and can make up for the shortcomings of your main language. For example, you might need a short script to automate something. Doing that in C++ is going to be very annoying and take far longer than it should. Doing it in Python or Ruby would probably be much better and save you time. Further, no language that I've seen has everything you'll ever need. Knowing another language gives you access to what C++ is missing. Finally, in the professional world you are almost certainly going to bump into another language that you'll need to know.
