its depends... like you want to use word : Don't so u use " Example "Hello! You Don't Do!" So the ' wont disturb the "

Your question should be more specific. Each language is different. Many languages use " to denote string representation and ' for char. And they're interchangeable in JavaScript.

sometimes, if you have a string with many ' you can use "" to indicate it's a string so you don't have to replace it or constantly put a \ before it
