If I select Reset What Happens?

I have two certificates completed - HTML and CSS.

I am in the last module for JavaScript but have run out of XP Points.

If "Reset" is selected does that reset all of my courses are only one like the JavaScript certificate that I ma working on.

As far as I can tell, only the selected course gets reset.
All the xp from that subject will be reset(related code and challenge xp too),so keep that in mind.
