can we create a website with HTML or java also need ?

HTML is the most basic language you need to create basic websites. If you want to add user interactivity with the websites and make your websites look better then you'll also need to learn CSS and JavaScript (not to be confused with Java)

Java cannot be used to develop web pages.....for that HTML is required to align the information content...then CSS is used to add visual activity and then JAVASCRIPT is used to add user interactions...thats how a web page is created.
