When I use WordPress to develop any site, I get its own cPanel, but how do I manage my site if I develop whole with coding?

I will not have cpanel for my coded site. I want to know if I can easily create one cpanel in php for this or not?

@petr Hatina, I need cpanel to change the entire theme in some clicks, to manage posts, to create pages easily without doing coding for each page like in wordpress. Facilities like adding or removing users can also be done through hosting panel.

There is not question of one panel . The Wordpress was coded from beginning with wide modularity and customerization. A hundreds of conditions and variety of forms and elements, styles, customers functionality and more and more. Over the whole code. This is, what can be mofify in panel . Of course, if your application has nothing to customizing, you need not any panel to do it. But usually, the proffesional web applications have a hide "administration " panel, with a strong password, to do some restricted functions - like add, remove users, delete data, and so on.
