Why solo learn doesn't have a course on android development.

SL's main focus is on teaching the languages. Then, you have the challenges where you can test your knowledge and the Q&A section where you can ask questions. If you want to get into android development, I'd recommend you either learn C# and the Unity Engine or Java and XML and the Android Studio environment.
