You can now try making some PHP programs in the Coding Playground here in SL.
There's always something yet to learn even after completing a course, and I can tell from experience that writing programs is the best way to keep on learning and asking new questions.

You can also do courses in other languages as it's very enlightening to understand how different languages interact and what they are better at. Each language is like a craftsman tool, and you'll find they often serve different purposes or are better for solving a specific task than another.

Since PHP was your first course, I recommend you learn languages focused on web development such as HTML, CSS and eventually JavaScript.

I know HTML and little bit of CSS. I have created many real looking websites only with these. Since you know php, you can create a good website and publish them. I have created a blog, a computer learning website and an educational website, though haven't published them. Keep on learning more. Be curious.

@Rishabh, I did think about this a lot. But where find this "real world problems", - I mean something that is really needed and would eventually give you some valuable skills that would worth something. I completed HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, C#, SQL tutorials on Sololearn, and was studying other tech/framework/libs as AJAX, JSON, Bootstrap, Flask. But I didn't find where to apply this fresh knowledge, just by solving exercises you won't get a job and for sure would not became a good specialist. The only way I can think is to became a trainee in some company and study hard, but to find a such place isn't easy task.

Koval Yurii that's some neat advice I will take a look at the css, html and js courses here after I am done with the SQL course. Later sometime this year I will do an internship.
