Is sololearn only good for the language syntax?

The language lessons are mostly just going over the basics and syntax. There are some sections on the use of some basic libraries, plus there are lessons on data structures, design patterns etc which are more advanced topics.
The Q&A also has some interesting posts and answers as there are some experienced coders around

It really depends on you. Teaching in the courses is mostly the basics. But, there are advanced programs sitting in the playground to learn from plus plenty of experts looking to help.
