why don't I get the 10 challenges won in a row badge even when I have won 12 challenges in a row in JavaScript?

Draws from different languages can break the streak.

no not at all bro just see the JavaScript challenges option in the skills section I have won 12 in a row..2+9+1

does it include the draws also? I mean is the streak broken if any draw occurs?

Yes, streaks get broken by draws.
