I have learned html css and javascript. I know there are a lot of lacking. But practise makes a man perfect. Now I want to practise but don't know how to practise. How I can built a website using my limited knowledge. I don't have any theme in my mind. so what next now? I need Your help.

Look at codes at the Code Playground. There you can find some decent codes for different aspects of web development: design, form validation, animations, svg, accessing APIs and etc.

See bootstrap and try making responsive projects and then apply colours and so on..

Find free psd templates and convert it into website.
