Hello, Kenshin Takagi !
C# is a higher-level (like Java), and therefore easier to learn. Microsoft actively promotes it and presents developers with a convenient ecosystem for development on it (for creating applications for different devices).
C++ is more difficult, in my opinion, and much more. It can be studied if you have plenty of time to learn programming from the basics. There is a very good book: the author of Daytel, "How to program in C++" - you can start with it, even if you do not know anything at all about programming, including C++.
Good luck with programming on SoloLearn!

I learned many languages from 1985 and all just died (basic, qbasic, visual basic, action script) so when something new appears like c# I have my doubts. I started learning c++ because it's the only one (with c) who resisted time. That's something I had to learn long time ago.

C# is good for making web apps and desktop apps because it is easier due to the visual designer and the event handling also good for making games with unity.
Now let's talk about C++.C++ is harder but better for applications that require direct access to Windows , hardware ,directx and other graphics libraries .

C# is easier but C++ is more robust.
