Rytis Karalius Alright, In my opinion i would definitely say Game devloping is better i have tried web devloping before but I'm not fit for that, Game devloping does require 1 programming language but that language also needs to be for the purpose of creating a Game(or at least be capable of creating one) because not all programming languages are used for creating games some can't even afford to do any graphical designing, Now web development You can learn 1 language for web development if you don't care about how it acts or how it looks but it's recommended to learn Js, Html & CSS but personally i could careless about CSS when designing can be done from both HTML and JS only that HTML designing is a bit off But like i said both web devloping and game devloping are good in it's own ways, You can't really say Which is better because both are used for different things and both literally requires the same thing -Coding But syntax-wise Web devlopement is definitely better

Both of them are hard to master but easy to start.

With games you could stick to one language and master it. With web developing you must learn several different languages and also how to combine those together.

Well, for the most part you just need one language to make the whole game. But if you are working individual like me, you need little bit of skills in art, music making, creativity, modelling, marketing etc.

Rytis Karalius The most languages used Now for game development that i know of is C++, Python Now i said "that i know of" meaning that i know for a fact that C++ & Python are used for game development but i don't know about other languages used for Game developing, And No I'm not saying web development is more popular I'm only saying that web development languages have none-complicated syntax and also both game development and web development can be paid the same but it depends on 2 things: -The person who you are creating the website or game for(the person could be rich or just likes going crazy when it comes to spending money) -The looks of your website or game Now you don't want to make an ugly website or game with poor designing and poor functionality and expect someone to give you 1k dollars and if you're lucky you might run into someone that wants to create a small web or gaming project even if it lacks designing and functionally the person might still pay you a lot but if you meant company-wise

then that all depends on how much work is being done by the company
