No.. Those two are different languages. Html is basically used for web designing while C & C++ are used for programming, like in software development, etc.

Sorry, I'm a noob here as well. If C++ and C are not relevant to Html at all.. Does CSS deal with html? I'm just making sure bc i honestly thought c++ and c were similar to html. I'm still learning html5. Whats after html5? Are these uh, 'programs'.. are they abbreviations for something? Is there an easier way to memorize which falls into which category?
