Windows shell command preventing to set a default program to open html and php files ..how to change a file type in windows...??

hello learners! I hope this question is related to coding.. I have been trying to change the file type of some of my html and PHP files. but here the option of open with is locked in windows...for these type files only.. here when I checked properties it was a default program preventing the file to open in other programs... previously I had installed htmlPad editor but it was not relevant to me so I uninstalled it but it made changes on all the files on the system ...the default program which I observed in properties of the file is windows shell command...the file type is htmlPad.php or html.. please help if you got the question.. now I want to completely wash off the extensions of htmlpad from all the system files....by how to do...

Try to change opener program from roght click -> properties -> change. Or download another editor and put your files in its window. Download clean my pc or something like that and check htmlPad's left extesnions and remove them completely.
