The next step would be to really apply your knowledge on mini projects or challenges. This will help strengthen your core python knowledge and thus enable you to move on to other aspects of python programming like GUI, networking, math related programming etc.
I've been hesitant to post good learning resources on other threads cause I felt like I would be drawing others away from this app but now i realise I'm just being silly about it. A really good place, one that I recommend to everyone here, including expert programmers is http://www.hackerrank.com. Aswell as teaching the basics for various languages, it features programming challenges like algorithm creation, maths, artificial intelligence and much more. It is suitable for all levels of programmers. It forges all who try out the challenges into better programmers. Trust me, try it and thank me later.
