You're not obliged to learn C programming language before C++ but it's important to first learn C before C++ according to my knowledge and the tougher syntax of C compared C++. Again, if you want to know both C and C++ excellently, then start with C programming language

You don't need to learn c before learning any language..but remember one thing..a person who has command on C, also has 70-75% command on other languages!!! C is the mother Language

Anonymous I really support that you should start with as you have said!! Most powerful languages now are having borrowed features or idea in C! Or simply made from C Python, Java, and even PHP!! C is very good for Hacking too as it is a transition between High level and low level language

Mohamed thanks for the answer, I think I will learn C as the hacking is based on C there will be a reason. As other said that they are very similar to each other, it means that I will not have problem to study the new ones which would be easier.

C++ is widely use and is probably the better choice considering that its an "upgrade" of C

Apple I got informed from the internet about C, is better that you know it because is the mother of nowadays code languages, I know it is hard to learn it but if you like coding you would start from its origins.
