Creating a race between two players in JavaScript

Question

Hi guys.

I’ve been looking at games in JavaScript and I want to make a simple conditional saying that if my Instagram reaches 5000 followers first, I will “Go to Paladar511 for dinner” and if my Twitter reaches 5000 followers first, I will “Go to Dominica for dinner.” I’m not finding much help online so was wondering if y’all could help, or suggest that maybe I use python instead of JavaScript, which I know how to do.
