I made my HTML page public. When I search it, it doesn't pop up. Why?

Google has to find your page. If they haven't indexed it yet then it won't be in any search results. You may need to have your page referenced by another page that is indexed or manually submit it for indexing.

Add to head of your site this meta tag:
<meta name=“robots” content=“index,follow”>
