im so confused about how to start programming

hello solo learners! i just started ti learn programming and i never had any skill or knowledge about it, i love to lean how to make an android app and games, but dont know how to start. im learning java here but vars and loops seems hard to remember for me. anyone can help me folowing the right path? im from Tehran-Iran.

If you want to make android apps and games, you then should go on with java.

once finished with java,

you can install android studio and you can get a full turtorial about android studio on TURTORIALS POINT

maybe it looks sily but as i am a noob ;), how should i use this loops and arrays in app programing? how should i know where to use them? are there any template to edit or i should write whole codes?
