What kind of programing language should we use for carding?

i've read about carding in some book, the title is KingPin, and i wanna know what kind of programming language we use for carding?

I personally do not think it's a good think to research, carding, unless you have a whitehat reason to do so. Carding is a pretty bad an illegal method. You should always think about how what you do effects people. What if you card someone, and then they can't pay for their bills. Then they, and their family, become homeless just so you could illegally buy some items you WANT, not NEED.
