Frames (not iframes)

Do you agree that they are useless nowadays and why ?

Yes, I must agree fully. There is no functionality in frames anymore that is needed. everything is much simpler and fluid with CSS styled elements and/or JS, frames was great in the... hmm... 90s? But back then I only used it as a simple way to hide the subpages in the adressbar. :)

For me it's still useful to organize better a page with many other pages inside. I don't know how to do this without using Iframes.
