The most easiest programming language to learn is Basic. But there is not Basic course. Python is the easiest PL from your list. PS: HTML isn't programming language, it is markup language.

you can learn PYTHON if you are searching for easiest programming language. HTML is also very easy but it is not a programming language...it is very helpfull in website designing.
