How to post a coding challenge?

You know those coding challenges on the sololearn app? They are on the learn page and people post them. Does anyone know how to post one? Likw there is no button for it and I have searched everywhere. If you know how to post one please let me know:).

I know but there is no lesson factory when i open the 3 dots. Thanks though for helping.
