do you have some sort of graphics card or integrated graphics that was made in the last 10 years? if yes it will probably run opengl es. if not you will not be able to do any game developement, no matter what engine

probably not perfectly but better than most other engines, especially if you make 2D games mainly. but to tell you more i would need to know the specific processor that you are using. a mlt of android phones still only support opengl es 2.0, which should be supported by all graphics cards and integrated graphics supporting opengl 2.0. opengl 2.0 was released in 2004
