You need to know Java. There are several Android Studio tutorials on YouTube

If you want to make a game, i suggest you start with Unity3D which is a cross platform game engine.
Plus, its very easy to start with and easy to understand for starters.
One thing is for sure, you will need to learn how to code, weather its C# or javascript, you will need to know one of those.(if you want to use unity).
If not, suggest you learn Java.
