Question

In 2009, the external memory of mobile phones was 128 MB for storage only. Now it is 128 GB and more. My question is, can we ever create an infinite and unlimited memory chip and how can we reach that?

Not technically since everything has a start and an end, but not even the brain has infinite memory, so to that, i dont think its possible to have a chip that can store unlimited data..

You should read how the memories work, that would answer your question. In any case, nobody needs so much storage on a mobile device. And if it is used, the concept may be different.
