what should i learn to create an app like facebook?

I want to know how can i make an app like facebook or twitter or linkedin. I want to know what programming language is the best to learn for that. And also i need to know how much time will it cost to do so and i need to know all things before making such an app. So please, can anyone help me with that by giving some ideas?

one thing you should know is that Facebook is made up of various web frameworks and it is created in a dynamic way so, if u could learn HTML,CSS,JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, PHP,MYSQL then
you could develop an app just as powerful as Facebook itself.
other thing is that Facebook also uses AI (Artificial Intelligence) interms of facial recognition so you might need to go Learn Artificial intelligence to also make your facial recognition. Meanwhile u could make beautiful and dynamic apps if u can learn those i have mentioned. Good luck👍👍👍

ReactJS was invented by Facebook, so that might be a good place to start... assuming you already know JavaScript.
