Database in SQL

Question

I want to make a functional database for a small business of someone I know. Is this possible using SQL? It would have to be accessible to the user (owner of the business) and not only me.

Sure. Create a web app that uses a MySQL database. Then your business owner friend can see the database online and because it's online, he/she can view it from anywhere where they have internet.
