turbo is a c++ compiler not used now days. visual c++ is a famous Microsoft product-IDE. mostly libraries, framework, software created using visual c++. to make android apk u have to use eclipse OR latest android studio + required android SDK. u can use our code to build libraries or package which used-import in android.

@Vishal: "Famous" in regard of Visual Studio insinuates quality or "greatness". This is not the case. Otherwise there would not have to be third party complementary products for VS that actually make VS a lot better as, e.g. ReSharper. Refactoring is bad or non-existent and MsBuild only compiles in parallel on a per-project level. Make (or newer ninja) do this on a per-file level (much faster, if you have multiple projects that depend on each other, which is the default case in real-life software production). Make can do this for more than a decade already... I still wonder why Microsoft would not have implemented it yet even though they are big business.
