What is the difference between a Full stack developer and Mean stack developer both in languages and technical perspectives?

I know about full stack,but recently i had heard the term mean stack.What is the difference?

There isn't. Well sort of. A full stack developer is able to work with equal ease front and back end. A MEAN stack developer (notice all caps) is someone who works on the MEAN stack. Mongo, Express, Angular, NodeJS. So all MEAN stack devs are full stack devs. But not all full stack devs are MEAN devs. There is the LAMP stack the WAMP stack etc etc.
