What is the best way ro learn web designig? What programming languages do I need to learn and in what order?

I am kinda new to all of this so some help will be much appreciated 😁😁😁! I just want to know how to get started...

1) html. for the basic layout of pages
2) css. for adding style
3) JavaScript. for adding dynamic behaviour.

then there is more to learn if you are also interested in the backend side of things.... :-)

Learn HTML, CSS, Bootstrap for front-end

Learn JavaScript, PHP and JQuery for back-end

start with HTML and then move on to CSS and after you have a pretty good grasp on those move on to JavaScript
