Of course programmers stay a lot of time in front of the computer screen, so i`d like to know what method is used by programmers to keep the eyesight in good condition?

Make sure you have plenty of light in room, try not to stair at your monitor in a poorly lit environment. I also use a dark theme in my IDE. Make sure to take plenty of eye breaks, get up and walk around, go outside, look at things farther away from you than your monitor would be, like across the room or out a window. If I don't take enough breaks I will start to get a headache from the eye strain.

Just to add to Nick's comment: use 75Hz refresh rate. Ignore people who say on LCD it doesn't matter. It does. I have a fitbit set to buzz every hour to stand up and walk a bit. Eat lots of carrots.
