Guy's i had created many wed pages in my pc but the problem is i cannot put it on the mobile's the reason is size.

i want to clarify that how to size any web page so that it would feet into any phone's screen or pc or any device how can i size the page on such why
(any idea please share).

Look into Bootstrap. Specifically responsive design it is called. Way of doing styles that allow the site to respond to screen sizes dynamically.
