HTML + CSS + JS = What kind of job opportunities? - Adding Python or Ruby will benefit me by how much? (Europe and Asia)

I'm hoping to make a living with programming and currently I am studying JS. If I get good in JS what are my job opportunities in Europe and SE Asia? Will Python or Ruby guarantee a job for me? I'm interested in web apps and applications in general. Which would be the top dog for me to learn after JS?
